Payment Policy

At Mobman Studios, I provide high-quality graphic design, photography, and videography services with a transparent and secure payment process. To protect both parties, I only accept payments through verified digital platforms.

Accepted Payment Methods

I accept payments via the following secure methods:

✅ Stripe (Invoice Payments)
✅ Wise (For international invoice payments)

OR

✅ Cash App ($SDMobman)
✅ Venmo (@SDMobman)

Other payment methods may be considered on a case-by-case basis. Please contact me in advance for approval.

🚫 I Do Not Accept:

  • Checks, money orders, or mailed payments.

  • Overpayments or third-party payment forwarding.

  • Unauthorized chargebacks (disputes must go through the payment provider's resolution process).

Payment Terms

Graphic Design Services

  1. Deposit Requirement

    • A 50% non-refundable deposit is required before any design work begins.

    • The remaining 50% is due upon final design approval before delivering files.

  2. Final Payment & File Delivery

    • All final design files (logos, branding assets, etc.) will be provided only after full payment is received.

    • Payment must be made within 3 days of final approval to avoid project delays.

  3. Revisions & Additional Costs

    • The initial price includes 2 rounds of revisions up to a max of 3 revisions total.

    • Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope are billed at $100 per hour.

  4. Refund & Cancellation Policy

    • The 50% deposit is non-refundable once work has started.

    • If the client cancels after the project is completed, no refunds will be issued.

Photography & Videography Services

  1. Booking & Deposit

    • A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your shoot date.

    • The remaining 50% is due on or before the day of the shoot before any edited content is delivered.

  2. Cancellation & Rescheduling

    • Cancellations made at least 7 days in advance may be rescheduled once at no extra charge.

    • Cancellations within 2 days of the shoot result in forfeiture of the deposit.

  3. Delivery & Usage Rights

    • Edited photos/videos will be delivered within 2 days after full payment is received.

    • The client receives usage rights but may not resell or modify the content without permission.

  4. Travel Fees

    • Shoots beyond 25 miles from my location in Spring Valley, CA may incur additional travel fees.

Chargebacks & Fraud Prevention

  • Any unauthorized chargebacks will be disputed, and the client will be blacklisted from future services.

  • If a fraudulent payment is suspected, I reserve the right to cancel the project and refund only legitimate transactions.
